Policies and procedures for obtaining a return authorization vary based on the reason for the return. Additional information is noted below.
Defective Products: Most of our product(s) include one-year parts and labor warranty. We encourage you to read your product literature or speak with one of our product experts for details. If your product is defective upon arrival, notify our Customer Service Department of the problem within 48 hours of receiving the product(s). If you notice the defect after 48 hours of receiving goods, contact our Customer Service Department to assist with contacting the manufacturer directly. Contact information for the manufacturer is included in the product literature. Note: Most manufacturers require one service call to diagnose the problem.
Damaged Products: All of our shipments are 100% insured. Product(s) are delivered by our in-house delivery team. If the product(s) are damaged during shipping and delivery they are eligible for exchange at no charge. Upon delivery, inspect your product(s) for damage. If the product is damaged; you have the right to refuse the delivery. We will contact you to schedule another delivery. The Product Does Not Meet Your Needs: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact the store regarding any cancellation or return. Any returned product(s) must be free of any cosmetic damage. Product(s) are subject to a 15% restocking fee within 10 days of delivery. Delivered product(s) in use are not returnable. Product(s) installed or attempted installation are ineligible for return. Product(s) that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for return or may incur an additional restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges from our warehouse are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for incurred shipping charges when returning a product(s).
Special order merchandise may be subject to a 15% restocking fee — even if not yet delivered and is ineligible for return if not in its original shipping content and out of the box. Terms and conditions are applied when the customer's order is placed. In addition, the customer authorizes their credit card company to abide by these terms. Max Fine Furniture reserve the right to cancel orders at any time. Refunds are approved according to the store's policy. Our knowledgeable and courteous Customer Service Representatives are available to explain additional information and gladly provide specific details.

Be assured that product(s) are ordered from the date of purchase, and the manufacturing company expedites shipment as soon as possible. Most special orders take longer to receive. Upon arrival, you will be contacted and if applicable; a delivery date and time will be coordinated by a Customer Service Representative. Prior credit card or debit card authorization and verification must be processed before ordering the product(s).
